Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
We have updated our client facing Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for the Omnibus Rule, and you can email us to get a copy. Please submit signed BAAs or questions about BAAs to customercare@tangible.com
How Do I Complete A Business Associate Agreement?
If you would like to complete this process, you can make a request to customercare@tangible.com that your organization’s customized BAA be sent via email. We ask that your organization’s legal contact sign the BAA on behalf of your organization. The legal contact is defined as the person(s) that is responsible for signing contracts for the practice/business. Simply review, sign and return it to us for signing on our end. We’ll return a copy for your records.
